We specialize in repair, replacement, and maintenance of plastic welding equipment, including hot air guns, extrusion welders, and butt fusion machines. All services are carried out by trained and experienced technicians.
2. Service Warranty
Any warranty on repairs or replacement parts will be communicated before the service begins. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Pricing & Payment
All service charges, including parts replacement, will be confirmed with the customer prior to work. Full payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs (if required) will be discussed in advance.
4. Liability
We take utmost care to ensure the quality and safety of our repair and replacement services. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or downtime caused by equipment failure after service. Customers are responsible for using the equipment properly after repair.
5. Service Cancellation
Cancellations can be made before the service starts. Once service has been carried out, no refunds or cancellations are possible.
